I suck

So I suck. I'm dropping back down to $20 for the next time I play, because I just can't beat the $30 games right now. It's particularly annoying because against people who seem to be constant winners (I use sharkscope), I generally do very well, but against people who have an ROI of -10% or more, I get owned, sometimes by the player, and often by the deck.

My biggest problem against crappy opponents is not being aggressive enough. Against people who are constant winners, I know they are thinking and ramp up my aggression and often find the right moment to make bluffs or big folds. The reason for this? Quite simply I'm trying harder. I pay more attention to the game when I'm against someone who I know is a winner, and my play is at a different level.

Against losing players I play more tentative, trying to wait for certain spots and I let them run over me with their annoying donk betting or pot sized bluffs. I'm dropping down the $20 games and rather than playing with a BR requirement, I'm not moving up until I am confident I'm always playing my A game. I need to focus or I'm just going to keep throwing my money away, and against bad players.

It's my fault I'm making this mistake, and until I find a way to keep my focus better, I don't see why I should move up again. Let's hope I can stick to this though. I think I'm going to put a sticky note on my screen or something to keep reminding me to play better or something. It's really frustrating.
