I'm tired right now, my job really kills me and I'm not sure I'll be able to play as much as I hoped. That along with having to patch a couple walls in my house so they can be painted tomorrow, plus probably having to do a few small other things, and then eventually pick my girlfriend up. I should take a nap, I'm that tired, but I also hate sleeping. I really feel like I'm wasting my time when I go to bed for a nap or something, especially when I have some things to do.
To top all that off, I'm having some major computer problems. I recently got this computer fixed (at a pretty high price tag at that), and it's been acting stupid on me. When I first got it back it was going fine, but now (2 or 3 months later) it's started rebooting itself randomly, or occasionally just semi-freezing. By that I mean all applications stop responding (including the task bar) and event alt+ctrl+del doesn't do nothing. I thought it might be overheating so I downloaded some software to monitor the CPU and GPU temps, and it doesn't seem to be that at all, even though my GPU is running a little hot. Now I'm thinking maybe it's the RAM, but I donno. I should just shut down and pull it out and put it back in, because it's possible it's just not fitted properly or something, but I'm too lazy at the moment.
In poker I'm doing all right. After all that deliberation on where to put my money I chose Betfair in the end, which wasn't even on my list, go figure. I was going to go with Ladbrokes, and I even made my account on there, but then I put my currency to CAD, and then I couldn't upload from Moneybookers because of some stupid thing they have where you need to be within a set of currencies other than Canadian dollars to upload there. Then I was going to make another account (as the direction their help service people), but their software wouldn't load properly and I gave up on them. Once I clear the Betfair bonus I'll give them one more chance. And I think this Betfair one should be pretty easy (need to clear the amount which would unlock $10 of their deposit bonus to get $90 from my affiliate), but points are only updated once a day (midnight, GMT), so I'll know in about half an hour.
For now I'm going to eat a sandwich for supper after having a giant lunch (two burritos, followed by two Turkish pastries filled with beef that were delicious, followed by some strange desert that was equally delicious, followed by some Christmas chocolates, all the while having my Greek co-worker try to stuff my face with what he claims is his favourite snack of one part chick peas, one part raisins. The chick peas were dry and pasty, and I'm not a fan of raisins, but you needed them to get rid of the pastiness. All in all, it was good stuff though. Oh, and I had my French co-worker brining me cup after cup of sparkling rose wine, which was nice of him, but not all together great. I really would have preferred a couple of beers, but I can't complain.
